Cécile Duflot’s interview

A graduate of ESSEC and an urban planner by profession, Cécile Duflot quickly rose through the ranks within Les Verts (French environmentalist political party) to become National Secretary in 2006. Minister of Equality of Territories and Housing under Ayrault government for two years, she returned to her seat as a deputy in 2014. She announced in April 2018 that she would quit politics to take up the position of Executive Director of Oxfam France.
