SUMMARY:International Symposium on Climate\, Finance\, and Sustainability (ISCFS-2024)
DESCRIPTION:Climate change\, resource depletion\, technological disruption\, and social inequalities are all pressing issues. How we have approached these problems may no longer be sufficient. The urgency of climate action\, the need for sustainable development\, and the critical role of finance in achieving both are unprecedented challenges. New situations call for new ways of thinking to mitigate climate change through financial solutions and sustainable investments and adapt to its impacts by building resilience and securing financial resources. \nGiven these perspectives and imperatives\, we are pleased to announce the 2024 International Symposium on Climate\, Finance\, and Sustainability (ISCFS-2024). Jointly organized by AVSE Global\, EMLV Business School\, and Paris Dauphine University – PSL (Climate Economics Chair)\, in partnership with the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge and the UMI SOURCE at the University of Paris-Saclay\, the Symposium aims to bring together a global community of leaders\, experts\, and innovators to address the above-mentioned interconnected issues. It also intends to be a focal point for new thoughts\, developments\, and challenges interrelating climate\, finance\, and sustainability. \nThe Symposium will take place IN-PERSON on 21-22 November 2024 at Paris Dauphine University\, Paris\, France. \nRegistration information & form \nMenu & Program
