Speaker: Caroline Weber, CEO of Middlenext.
After holding several executive management positions in both listed and unlisted companies, Caroline Weber now leads MiddleNext, the independent association representing listed mid-cap companies in France.
She also holds a number of roles within both private and public organizations:
Chairwoman of the European association of listed mid-cap companies
Vice-Chairwoman of the Observatory for listed SMEs and mid-caps – pme-bourse.fr
Member of the High Council for Statutory Auditors (H3C), the external regulatory authority for the statutory audit profession, reporting to the French Ministry of Justice – h3c.org
Caroline Weber also serves on several boards as a Director, including listed companies, private firms, associations, and foundations.
She is also the founder of Micado 2018, the first pooled bond fund.
