Boris Solier is an Assistant Professor at Montpellier University and co-manages the Energy Transitions program at the Climate Economics Chair. His work focuses on the functioning of energy markets and their interactions with environmental pricing instruments.

In the video below, produced by ILB and Xerfi Canal, Boris Solier looks back at past energy transitions and makes recommendations to accelerate the release of fossil fuels, which are responsible for the accumulation of CO emissions in the atmosphere.
